  • Complete each section that pertains to your commercial activity in Nevada County by April 15. All amounts should reflect unprocessed, gross values. No attempts are made to determine profits or net values. All information is protected from Public Records Requests under California Government Code 6254, forms are shredded/deleted once analysis is complete.

  • Complete for any vegetable crops grown, including herbs and mushrooms. Report separately tomatoes, squash, onions, corn, kale, and potatoes, then list any additional crops exceeding $5000 gross sales. Finally, summarize any remaining vegetable crops as miscellaneous vegetable, so that 100% of vegetable production is represented. All amounts should reflect gross values of unprocessed product.

  • Report separately apples, peaches, berries, table grapes, and nuts, then list any additional crops exceeding $5000 gross sales. Wine grapes have their own section. Finally, summarize any remaining fruit crops as miscellaneous fruit, so that 100% of fruit production is represented. Wine grapes are reported separately. All amounts should reflect gross values of unprocessed product.
