    Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO) Survey

    Nevada County is considering an ordinance allowing residents to operate restaurants or sell meals out of their homes. As part of our ongoing research and data collection, this survey will help us capture feedback about MEHKOs.

  • Nevada County hopes to gauge the community interest of a MEHKO program. Based on feedback from the community, staff will begin to develop long-term staffing needs and the fees associated with a MEHKO permit.
